Service Description

Meetings: First meeting will include discussion of wedding vision and details. Second meeting we will create the day of timeline and venue layout (walk through). Final meeting we will review all details and finalize with all the vendors. Timeline Creation: Create and distribute timelines to all vendors and bridal party. List of vendor recommendations: We will provide a list of recommended vendors. The couple is responsible to make all reservations with any and all vendors. Rehearsal: Full walk through of ceremony with bridal party and family. Day of Wedding: Full coordination of all details and vendors before, during and through conclusion of reception. Completion of Wedding License Signing This package includes 8 hours for the day of coordination and the rehearsal. If more than 8 hours are needed an additional fee will be included. ($150 per hour over 8 hours).
