Service Description

Meetings: First meeting will include discussion of wedding vision and details. Second meeting we will create the day of timeline and venue layout ( 2 walk through's of the venue). Final meeting we will review all details and finalize with all the vendors. Timeline Creation: Create and distribute timelines to all vendors and bridal party. Management of Guest List: We will manage guests, seating charts and RSVP's. List of vendor recommendations: We will provide a list of recommended vendors. The wedding couple will be responsible for all vendor bookings. Rehearsal: Full walk through of ceremony with bridal party and family. Day of Wedding: Full coordination of all details and vendors before, during and through conclusion of reception. Distribution of all flowers and assist with pinning. Placement of all wedding ceremony items. Completion of Wedding License Signing Wedding Reception: Reception timeline. Help set up all table settings and other key elements of the wedding reception. This package includes 10 hours day of coordination and the rehearsal. If more than 10 hours are needed an additional fee will be included.($150 per hour after 10 hours).
